In order to speed the nine rivers dredging in South Jakarta, Dept. of Water Management lends two heavy equipments for South Jakarta Sub-dept. of Water Management.

Next week, the equipments are delivered

Dedy Budiwidodo, Head South Jakarta Sub-dept. of Water Management, said the equipments to dredge Grogol and Cabang Tengah Jagakarsa rivers will be given next week.

"Next week, the equipments are delivered," he said, Thursday (10/1).

According to him, six equipments owned by the agency are not enough to dredge nine rivers.

The project is also assisted by local residents.

"It is hoped the residents will not throw the trash to the river," he hoped.
